WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?
A full range of my current products are available to buy from the shop section of this website and also on Etsy.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
I only ship to the UK from this website, however I ship internationally from my Etsy shop.
Please keep an eye on my Instagram @ShinyShrimp_ or for updates on the homepage, which is regularly updated for when I might introduce international shipping.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Currently, all orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days via First Class post with Royal Mail unless otherwise discussed. Royal Mail’s delivery aim for the first-class post is 1-2 working days. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Royal Mail have received an unprecedented amount of mail as well as shortages in staff, so there might be some delays in some areas. I really appreciate your patience if your order is slightly delayed.
IT HAS BEEN A WHILE AND MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
I’m sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet. For orders throughout the UK, your order should arrive within a couple of days, however I cannot claim that it is lost with the Royal until 10 working days has passed.
If it has been more than 10 working days since you received a dispatch confirmation, please write to me at orders@shinyshrimp.co.uk and I’ll either send you a replacement or a full refund.
Due to Covid-19, there have been some delays throughout the Royal Mail due to unprecedented amounts of mail and staff shortages, so I really appreciate your patience if there is a delay to your order. Even if 10 working days have already passed, it may still arrive.

You can write a review on each product that you buy, by going to the product itself in the shop and writing a review on the “review” tab at the bottom of the page. I read each and every review and they mean so much to me, they also help others decide whether to buy or not, so I really do appreciate each one. Thank you.

Thank you! There are plenty of ways to support my work, buying from my online shop is one of the best ways. You can also “buy me a ko-fi” which will go towards funding new products.There are plenty of ways to support an artist/designer without spending money too, liking, commenting and sharing my posts on social media all help in spreading the word.
