SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, I cannot take responsibility for a lost order if your address is incorrect or incomplete. Please contact me ASAP after ordering if you realise your address is incorrect.

I dispatch your orders three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and they will be sent First Class via Royal Mail unless otherwise discussed. Please look out for store notices at the top of the page or on social media for any important holiday dates that may affect delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, it should take between 1-3 working days, however, it may vary depending on your location. Orders are not tracked unless discussed previously, so once it is with Royal Mail, I do not know where in the system it might be.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to arrive to allow for delivery delays. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please let me know via the contact form.

POSTAGE COSTS

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, First Class delivery. Shipping costs are based on weight and/or size and I will only charge you what I pay at the post office, plus a little extra for packaging. If you have any questions about postage prices, please do not hesitate to contact me. 

Free delivery when you spend over £20, which is automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.

Orders over £50 are sent via a tracked & signed for service to ensure safe delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note I only ship to the UK at the moment from this website, please see my Etsy Shop if you’re based outside of the UK. 

ARE YOU SENDING THIS AS A GIFT?

If you’re buying an item as a gift, and want it to be delivered directly to them, please enter their correct address in the “Delivery Address” section at checkout and write a message in the “Order Notes” box saying that this is a gift. I will package the order without a delivery note. By default, delivery notes do not have prices on them anyway. I can also handwrite your gift message in a card or on a postcard (card must be purchased first).

THE ENVIRONMENT

I’m making a commitment to eliminate all unnecessary plastic from my packaging. Some of my older stock will be sent in either plastic or biodegradable cello sleeves but once these are gone, all cards will be sent “naked” and I use recyclable, paper packaging where possible.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted. If you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and post items back to me in mint condition within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for returns postage costs.

Please contact me as soon as you can if your order arrives in less than perfect condition or if there are any problems with your order. I will ask for a photo of the damaged item and depending on stock levels, I will send out a replacement free of charge. All parcels are quality checked and wrapped by me before they leave the studio.

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
